Shelter is one of the basic needs human beings. Masonry structures have met this need since ancient times. an important place among building types. It also under construction in many rural areas. Since protecting historical our most duties, we to know repair and strengthening methods such masonry structures, be able apply best that structure. Metal fasteners (clamp tenon) are used reinforcement structures. 
 Although it known these metal will contribute positively not how use them effective way. This study presents experimental studies aiming find tenons, which connecting vertical units buildings. Variables were tenon diameter penetration depth into stone. In study, tried determine variables order obtain more positive results with anchorage (tensile) experiments. exciting aims been for centuries still continues used, first its kind. addition, due subject thought example future studies.
